Terms of Service

1. What Vadora is

Vadora is an Italian-native AI travel planner: a service that helps you build travel itineraries by chatting with an AI assistant in Italian, and redirects you to affiliate partners to complete bookings (hotels, flights, activities).

Vadora is not a travel agency under the Italian Tourism Code (D.lgs. 79/2011). We do not sell travel packages, issue tickets, transport travelers, or arrange combined travel services. We act as a technology facilitator and traffic referrer for our partners.

2. Service provider

The service is currently provided personally by Alberto Nitto (Italy). Vadora S.r.l. will be incorporated after the validation phase; we will update these terms and notify you by email.

3. How the service works

  1. You describe your trip in chat (destination, dates, people, budget, style).
  2. The AI generates a day-by-day itinerary with hotel, flight, activity and restaurant suggestions.
  3. When you decide to book, you click a link that takes you to the partner's website (Booking.com, Kiwi.com, GetYourGuide or others). The travel contract is concluded exclusively between you and the final supplier, under their terms and conditions.
  4. Vadora does not collect booking payments, does not issue invoices for travel services, and does not modify, cancel or manage such bookings.

4. Affiliate disclosure

We receive a commission from our partners when you book through Vadora, at no extra cost to you. The price you pay is the same you would find by visiting the partner site directly. The commission is credited to Vadora by the partner.

We disclose this relationship openly in line with Italian advertising regulations and affiliate program rules.

5. Vadora pricing

Using Vadora as a travel planner is offered in the following plans (subject to confirmation at commercial launch):

  • Free: €0, 3 AI itineraries/month, affiliate booking included.
  • Pro: €29/year (indicative price during validation), unlimited itineraries, AI packing list, offline maps, priority support.
  • Family: €49/year (indicative price during validation), all Pro features for 5 family accounts, collaborative itineraries, shared billing.

Final prices will be communicated before any payment is activated and will require your explicit purchase consent.

6. Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer and have subscribed to a paid plan (Pro/Family), you have the right to withdraw within 14 days of purchase without justification, under articles 52 and following of the Italian Consumer Code (D.lgs. 206/2005).

To exercise withdrawal, write to alberto.nitto0@gmail.com stating the account email. We will refund the unused portion of the annual fee pro rata within 14 days.

If you expressly ask the service to start during the withdrawal period, on withdrawal you will pay a fee proportional to the period of use.

7. Liability and limitations

The Vadora AI generates suggestions based on public sources, partner inventory and internal curation. We do our best to keep information accurate and up-to-date, but:

  • We do not guarantee availability, prices or timings of suggested hotels, flights or activities: these are defined by partners at booking time.
  • We are not liable for the final supplier's performance: flight delays, cancellations, hotel overbooking, venue closures, activity changes are handled by the partner where you booked, whom you must contact directly.
  • We are not liable for indirect damages (lost holiday, moral damage, consequential costs) arising from use of the service, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
  • AI suggestions do not replace your own judgment: always verify entry requirements, visas, vaccinations, food allergies and trip-specific conditions via official sources.

In no event will Vadora's aggregate liability exceed the amount you paid in the last 12 months for the service subscription. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law (e.g. wilful misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury).

8. User content and intellectual property

Content you submit in Vadora (travel briefs, saved itineraries, personal notes) remains your property. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use such content to:

  • provide the service (save and display your itineraries),
  • improve the AI in anonymized form, with opt-out available from account settings.

The "Vadora" trademark, logo, code, interface and editorial curation (restaurants, anti-tourist activities) are our property or that of the respective rights holders. You may not copy, scrape or redistribute this content without written authorization.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use Vadora for illegal activities or in violation of third-party rights;
  • try to circumvent technical or plan limits;
  • automate requests in a way that overloads our systems;
  • scrape, extract or resell data and curation;
  • impersonate other people or provide false data.

We may suspend or terminate accounts violating these rules, with reasonable prior notice except in severe cases.

10. Privacy

Personal data processing is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms for legal, security or service-evolution reasons. Material changes will be notified by email and/or with a prominent site notice at least 15 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Italian law. For disputes between Vadora and a consumer user, the consumer's place of residence is competent, as provided by the Italian Consumer Code. For disputes with business users, the courts of Milan are exclusively competent (subject to confirmation upon Vadora S.r.l. incorporation).

As a consumer you may also resort to the European Commission ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
